Founder and Director

Founded in 2011 by Director Vanessa Delforce, Enhanced HR was created after Vanessa – a lover of her work and of her family – decided to leave her corporate career and move into a position where she could combine her HR expertise with her love for small to medium business.

Enhanced HR was born out of Vanessa’s desire to help businesses build solid HR foundations to achieve their business goals.

Originally from a family business in Quarrying & Mining Vanessa Delforce is a hands-on HR specialist with a variety of experience across a broad range of industries.
